Planning
Area, timing, approach and activity chosen according to conditions and group experience.
Every activity is planned around conditions, group level and realistic learning goals.
Every activity is designed around level, weather, rock conditions and group goals. We prioritise clear decisions, checked gear and realistic progression.
Initial briefing, gear check, risk communication and continuous plan adaptation.
In climbing, safety is not based on one single manoeuvre. It depends on choosing the right objective, reading the weather, assessing rock conditions, adapting the pace, communicating clearly and knowing when to change the plan.
Our job as guides is to reduce uncertainty. We keep groups small, check the equipment, explain risks honestly and adapt every activity to people’s real level, not the level they would like to have.
Area, timing, approach and activity chosen according to conditions and group experience.
Briefing, gear check, communication during the activity and technical feedback where it improves safety.
Useful learning so every day leaves better tools, not just a summit photo.
