Multi-pitch climbing course
Multi-pitch climbing requires order, efficiency and judgement to move safely on longer routes. This course covers anchor building, belaying the second, rappels, pitch transitions, communication, retreat options and planning a full route.
The goal is to understand how a rope team works on a wall: who does each manoeuvre, how the rope is organised, what information must be communicated and how to avoid mistakes caused by rushing or disorder. We practise systems on controlled terrain before applying them on a real route.
We also review gear selection, topo reading, timing, approach, exposure, heat management and retreat decisions. It is a key course for sport climbers who want to start climbing multi-pitch routes in Valencia with a solid base.

Anchors, belaying the second, pitch transitions, rope management, rappelling, communication, retreat and full activity planning.
Will the course make me fully independent?
It gives a solid technical base, but real independence requires further practice, repeated system checks and gradual route selection appropriate to the team level.
